Course: MANDT RECERTIFICATION (1 DAY)
MANDT is a systematic training program designed to help you reduce the potential for verbal and physical abuse to yourself, as well as to other people you deal with on a daily basis. The program presents a system of gradual and graded alternatives for managing people, using a combination of non-physical and physical interaction techniques designed to reduce injury to all the participants in an encounter. This training is for anyone having direct contact with consumers on a daily basis.
