MANDT is a systematic training program designed to Reduce the potential for verbal and physical abuse.The program presents a system of gradual and graded alternatives for managing people, using a combination of non-physical and physical interaction techniques designed to reduce injury to all the participants in an encounter. This training is mandatory for staff who provide direct care for individuals receiving services.
